What are Tribes in Family Island?
A tribe is a group of up to 10 players in the game. You can create or join an existing tribe in the game.
Currently, the main purpose of a tribe is to provide a chat function for groups of players. Tribe chat window used to share suggestions and techniques with your Tribe members.
How to join or create a Tribe in Family Island?
In the game Family Island, the Tribe feature is unlocked at level 10. This means that players must first reach level 10 before they can join or create a Tribe.
Join Tribe: To join a Tribe, click on the Tribe icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Next, click on the “SEARCH” tab to find and join a Tribe that interests you.
Note: If the Tribe has reached its membership limit, you won’t be able to join.
Create Tribe: To create Tribe in Family Island, click on the Tribe icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Next, click on ‘CREATE’ to make your own Tribe (You need Rubies to create Tribe).
Tribe types in Family Island
- Private: To join private tribes, your tribe join request needs to be confirmed by the Tribe’s Chief.
- Public: Public Tribes are open to all and you can join right away.
How to leave a Tribe in Family Island?
You can leave Tribe by clicking on your Tribe name and then the ‘LEAVE‘ button.
Note: Tribe Chief needs to pass the leadership to someone else before leaving.
