To reset and play the Family Island game from beginning, first check that – is the game connected to Facebook / Apple sign in / Game Center previously.

Game not connected and saved before:
If your game is not connected and saved before, then just uninstall and reinstall the game.
Here, you can clear game cache and game data from app settings (if normal reinstall does not work).
Game connected and saved before:
In this case, tap on the Facebook / Apple sign in / Game Center button and in the new window select the “Local” button. This action will start your game from the first level.
Note: in this case the game will lose all your account progress and progress will not be restored again.
