Learn how to monitor your child’s Roblox activity, including chats, purchases, friends, and games. Essential parental controls & safety tips included.
Here’s how to check different types of activity:
1. Chat History
Open the Chat feature in the lower-right corner of the Roblox app. You can view direct and small group chat history. Note that chats are limited to friends and friends of friends. Roblox filters some content, but parental supervision is still important.
2. Private Messages
Click the Messages icon (envelope symbol) on the Roblox website or app. This shows all past private messages sent and received by the account.
3. Friends & Followers
Go to the Connections section on the Roblox app or website. Here you can see your child’s current friends (Connections) as well as their followers and who they follow.
4. Purchases & Trades
On the Roblox website (browser only), check My Transactions under Billing to see Robux spending. Visit the Trades section to review item exchange history.
5. Created Content
On the Roblox website (browser only), go to Create > Creations. This shows games, items, sounds, or ads made by the account.
6. Recently Played Games
Look at the Home section in the Roblox app or website. Check Keep Playing or My Recent to see which games your child has played lately.
