The goal of the Builder Base is one thing: unlock your 6th home village builder. Everything else is secondary. Here’s the fastest way to do it.
Your Exact Upgrade Order
1. Always keep Clock Tower and Lab upgrading Never let these sit idle. Clock Tower speeds up all build times. Lab keeps your troops improving. These are maxed at every Builder Hall level before anything else.
2. Rush straight to BH9 Don’t waste time on defenses, walls, or other buildings. The only goal is reaching BH9 to unlock O.T.T.O (your 6th builder). Done right, this takes ~99 days instead of ~300.
3. Upgrade Baby Dragons only Ignore all other troops. Max Baby Dragons, use them as your entire army. When you hit an Air Defense, activate their ability — that’s how you deal with the biggest threat.
4. Unlock O.T.T.O at BH9 This is your 6th builder. Once unlocked, it permanently works on your home village. This is the entire point.
5. Max Gem Mine next After O.T.T.O, the Gem Mine is your next priority. It generates free gems passively forever.
6. Continue to BH10, then max everything Rush to BH10, then focus resources: max one troop first → max both heroes → upgrade remaining troops → finish buildings.
Farming Loot While You Rush
You won’t struggle for loot. Builder Base matches you by trophy rank, not BH level — so a rushed base still faces fair opponents. For fast elixir: attack for 2 stars and quit. Repeat.
