How to Change Your Name in Elden Ring Nightreign

You can change your player name in Elden Ring Nightreign at any time. Here’s how to do it:

Steps to Change Your Player Name

1. Launch the game and load into your account.
2. Go to the Roundtable Hold.
3. Open the main menu and navigate to the System tab (furthest left).
4. Scroll down to the globe icon and select Network.
5. Find the option called Player Name.
6. Click it, and a keyboard will appear – type in your new name.
7. Confirm the change. That’s it!

You can do this as often as you like, with no limits.

Optional: Display Online IDs Instead

If you’d rather show your platform’s online username (like your PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag):

1. Go to the same Network menu.
2. Select Display Player Names.
3. Choose to display Online IDs.

This makes your system ID visible instead of your in-game name.

Important Notes

• This change doesn’t affect gameplay.
• There’s no in-game voice chat, so names mostly help with team recognition.
• You can also view/add players from your last expedition using their online ID.
